This was a exciting opportunity for us to create a soup-to-nuts production for a local non-profit, the Portland Film Festival. It gave Limbo the chance to flex our creative muscles and conceive of six different spots that also ran as in theater trailers throughout the festival. Director Guy Baker explored many possible concepts with award winning writer John Heinsma, then presented their favorite approach to the PDXFF organizers who immediately fell in love with it.
Relying on our good friends at Option Model & Media to supply all the great talent, as well as network of amazing local crew, plus Guy’s deft Direction skills, we brought to life some very fun, exaggerated stereotypes of film crew personalities.
